We feel that it is important to make sure the game isn't ruined for newer players by getting farmed into oblivion. In order to make things more fun for everyone, your PvP (player versus player) troop load is only half of what you can launch in PvE (player versus enemy, i.e. anything that isn't another player) battles.

Note: If you attack a player whose HQ is below Lv. 6, you will only loot a small amount of resources.
