While most of the transactions are carried out smoothly and successfully, sometimes the server may be slower than normal, or experience a problem. In such cases it may take a while for the Gold to be delivered into your account, so please be patient a little longer.
DO NOT repeat the purchase operation, because your previous purchase is still being processed (unless you want to make two purchases, of course :-P )
In the meantime, you can try to restart the app to verify that you've received the Gold. If after 24 hours you still have not received your Gold, please contact us and provide the transaction number of the purchase.
