Rules
  • The Core Base is located in the center of every battlefield map at (600, 600).
  • The corps that occupies the Core Base has the right to elect a Top Commander.

  • When the Core Base is in contention state, everyone can send troops to the Core Base and the bunkers.
  • The maximum troops in the Core Base and the bunkers depend on the troops of the occupant and the level of his or her Joint Command.
  • When bunkers and Core Base are occupied by different corps, the bunkers will constantly fire at the Core Base and cause great damage to the guarding troops.
Opening Time
  • Preparation State
Core Base Competition enters preparation state after a certain period of time from the birth of a battlefield. The Core Base is not open for competition and there is no Top Commander for the moment. There will be a timer at the Core Base. When the timer reaches 0, the Core Base Competition begins.
  • Contention State
In contention state, everyone can attack the Core Base, and after winning a battle, temporarily controls the Core Base for up to 8 hours. Every time a new occupant emerges, the occupation time will count from 0 again.

The occupying corps will get the ownership of Core Base officially if it does not change for 8 hours, and at the same time the Core Base enters protection state.
  • Protection State
Protection state lasts for 5 days, during which it is not allowed to attack the Core Base and Bunkers.

Core Base enters contention state again after the protection state ends.

New Gameplay:
We made the following changes to the Core Base:
1. We reset the Top Commander for all Battlefields. We have restarted the Core Base Battle at 9/5/2020 00:00 (Battlefield Time).

2. Changes to Core Base's Winning Condition:

-The first stage lasts 240 minutes, and the corps that occupies for 120 consecutive minutes is the winner. If there isn't a winner in this stage, then the battle moves to the second stage.
-The second stage lasts for 120 minutes, and the corps that occupies for 60 consecutive minutes is the winner. If no winner is decided after the time is up, no one will become the Top Commander.

3. New Privileges for Top Commander:

-Choose when the Core Base Battle starts:
Within 2 hours after a Core Base Battle ends, the Top Commander can set when the next Core Base Battle starts. The default time would be 00:00 (Battlefield time) if the Top Commander did not set a time within the time limit.
-Award Battlefield Vault Resources:
10% of the resources gathered by all commanders from the Battlefield will be stored in the Battlefield Vault as a bonus (commanders' own resources gathered won't be affected). The Top Commander can award resources stored in the Battlefield Vault to any commanders (up to 3 commanders per day). Up to 5M (Load) resources can be awarded each time. For 1 Paint, Plastic, Electricity, and Metal, their respective Loads are 1, 1, 6, and 24.
-Choosing Battlefield Order:
The Top Commander can spend Copper to activate Battlefield Orders and increase battle attributes for all Officers in the Battlefield!

4. New Vassal Battlefield:
If an Inter-Server event is available while the Core Base Competition is open, a commander can occupy the core base on another battlefield. If successful, the other Battlefield will NOT have a Top Commander. In addition, if the Commander's own Battlefield has decided its Top Commander, the other Battlefield will become a Vassal Battlefield, which has to pay 10% of the daily accumulated resources in its State Treasury to its superior Battlefield.
