1. The Exchange is where corps members come to trade resources. Upgrade it to increase trading amount and lower the tax rate.
  2. Tax Rate: You must pay a tax when trading with other corps members. For example, when you trade 100K Plastic to another player at 10% tax rate, that player will receive 90K.
