Officer's strategic skills are classified into two types: 1. Marching Skills which are used by Exploration Officers. 2. Assigning Skills which are used by the other four types of Officers.

In Battlefield Expedition, tap officer slot to send/change marching officer.

Marching skills of the marching officer takes effect on the troops of the marching queue.

There is a thumb-up mark on the officers' icons whose marching skills provide buffs on the expedition.

Tap the question mark on the top right corner to view the effect of activated marching skills.

In Departments, you can assign the officers to different departments.

Only the officers whose specific skill has been unlocked can be assigned to the corresponding department to activate the skill and get the buff.

Department Rating System

1. Improving the rating of a department can power up the Officer that's been assigned to that department. You will receive other powerful buffs at the same time as well.

2. Due to the distinctiveness of the skill, Officer Wendy's "Joint Strike" skill effect will not receive the additional attribute boost provided by the fifth slot. Forest Elder's "Battlefield Rescue" skill and Gingerbread-related Officers' "Tactics Guide" and "Construction Guide" skill effect will not receive the additional attribute boost provided by both the Department and the fifth slot.

Officer Skill Stacking

When two or more officer skills with the same name are used in the same department or the same marching queue, only the skill with the highest value takes effect.

When the two or more officer skills have different names but the same effect, the effects are stacked.

e.g.

Vehicle Attack is increased by 5%.

Vehicle Attack is increased by 30%.

If two skills with the effects above are all used, the final effect is: Vehicle Attack is increased by 30%.

Vehicle Attack is increased by 30%.

Troops Attack is increased by 20%.

If two skills with the effects above are all used, the final effect is: Vehicle Attack is increased by 50%.
