You can find the talent modification menu by tapping the Main menu, Select Combat abilities, then Talent Modification.

You get 1 Talent Point each time you level up, which can be distributed among Attack, Defense and Health.

The Attack talent increases the physical attack of your character.
The Defense talent increases the physical defense of your character.
The HP talent increases the maximum health of your character.
