Labs labeled with Greek letters are scattered throughout each region.
These labs provide players with equipment, blueprints and upgrade materials.
In order to enter a lab, you need to complete its corresponding quest. The quest can be found at the lab entrance, and once that’s done you can access the lab through the elevator.

After entering a lab, you will find Alenka at the entrance hall. There you can accept lab specific quests or exchange rewards with infected samples or pure samples.
There are normal and elite monsters, as well as a boss on each level.
After completing the quest that unlocks a lab, that lab can be accessed directly from the Get Gears tab under Activity Overview.
After unlocking the lab. You can access the first-floor solo, the second-floor with a team, while the third-floor is a PvP zone which can be accessed either solo or with a team.
